While watching the NASCAR Nationwide Stater Bros 300 from the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California on Saturday it was obvious that thousands of the seats were empty. While the stars of NASCAR raced around the track the cash strapped fans were home watching the event on TV. Will there be a repeat of empty seats at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for this weekend’s NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup series races? Not likely.

Las Vegas will be welcoming thousands of race fans from around the world for the events. Even with the strangled economy the town is forecast to fill up with cash toting, gambling loving NASCAR fans. LAVO restaurant offers $30 pre-fixe theater meal

From the creators of TAO, the new LAVO nightclub (at Palazzo) is also a restaurant and offers a $30 pre-fixe meal for theatergoers.

Now you don’t have to see Blue Man Group, Phantom of the Opera, or Jersey Boys at Venetian/Palazzo to enjoy the pre-theater meal. Just show up and ask for the $30 special (it would help if you show up at least 90 minutes before a show is to begin).

The meal comes with one selection from each of three plates:

Bistro sald with goat cheese vinaigrette
