MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas has extended a new special discount offer to its visitors this month. The discount offer says:

Book by October 27, 2008. The 25% off hotel bill excludes room and tax. customers will charge to the room and the 25% discount (only up to $50 credit per day) will be applied upon check-out. Discount may be applied to dining, entertainment, spa, and retail. Discount is not valid at Farmer’s Market fast food outlets. A 20% service fee will be applied to all spa services and upgrades. customers must be at least 18 years of age to utilize spa and receive services. Suites and suite bed type are based on availability upon check-in. We are unable to promise specific room types and locations; however a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your needs. Rates are subject to change and restricted dates apply. Not available for existing reservations. This promotion is non-transferable, subject to availability, may not be combined with any other MGM Grand promotion and is not available to groups or persons attending meetings or conventions or over certain blacked-out dates. All prices are subject to tax and/or handling fee and based on double occupancy on a per-stay basis. MGM Grand reserves the right to revoke or modify this promotion at its discretion and without prior notice.
