Strip: The Play premieres Wednesday

Sapphire is a real gentlemen's club (world's largest, too) and Sapphire girls are real strippers

The intriguingly named $trip: The Play is a play about a fictional strip club in Las Vegas called “The Sunset Lounge” where the owner gets 86′ed and Metro goes undercover as a stripper.

Being located in Las Vegas, it’s natural to assume it’s a real gentlemen’s club, but as the ad states, “This is a Play, Not a Strip Club. Actresses, Not Strippers.” Hope the folks off the street can read.

We’re still intrigued, just as long as it isn’t an interactive play (we prefer to pay our good money and then sit and watch rather than be part of the play). Though with actresses as strippers, perhaps we’d make an exception.

The play premieres this Wednesday at 9 p.m., then plays every Wednesday through July 13.

It takes place at the Club Aruba at the Aruba Hotel & Spa (1215 Las Vegas Blvd. South, just south of Charleston).

Regular tickets are $39.99 with a two-drink minimum, but if you purchase at this link, you’ll get in for $25 and also see the stand-up comedy show directly after for free.

NBA Star Charles Oakley Files lawsuit against CityCenter’s Aria Hotel

Aria Hotel Casino at CityCenter Las Vegas

Charles Oakley, 6’9″ 245 lb former NBA Knicks power forward, has filed suit for unspecified damages from the Aria Hotel Casino located in MGM Entertainment’s CityCenter on the Las Vegas strip. The security guards are also named as defendants in the suit that states the May, 2010 altercation left Oakley with severe injuries requiring a trip to a hospital emergency room.

According to the filing, Charles Oakley was in Las Vegas to participate in Michael Jorden’s invitational golf charity fundraiser when he left the Aria resort’s VIP pool area and was refused re-entry, then argued with security guards before being turned away. When he attempted to return to his guest room, the suit contends, he was “jumped” and beaten by five security personnel in a secluded area of the property. The violence apparently resulted in physical injuries that required emergency care at a local hospital and a cell phone image tweeted from the hospital shows Oakley with a heavily bandage right arm receiving additional medical care.

Charles Oakley is currently an assistant coach for the Charlotte Bobcats.

Holly Madison won’t attend Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris’ wedding

It is only a matter of time after the surprise Christmas Day engagement that Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and gal pal Crystal Harris will tie the knot, and as he told me, “It will be sooner rather than later.”

Although is not likely to take place on Valentine’s Day this Monday, the wedding date isn’t far away. Maybe it will coincide with his 85th birthday April 5? But we can tell you that Crystal, 24, has found the perfect wedding dress. However, she’s keeping the details secret for now.

Our platinum Peepshow and Holly’s World star Holly Madison says she won’t be attending the nuptials of her former beau she dated for seven years. She wants them to have the spotlight and not have her presence create torrid tabloid tales of her feelings on the ceremony.

“It belongs to them,” Holly said.

Reasons Why Metal Jewelry Can Make Your Skin Green

If you’ve ever had a piece of jewelry that leaves a yellowish spot on your skin you’ve most likely asked yourself why it does that. Generally there is a reaction caused by the metal in the jewelry to people who wears jewelry that is cheaper.
Skin greening can happen to some faster than others; though, due to the fact that everyone has different skin.

Even the more expensive jewelry can turn you green too; reason being it’s not one hundred percent pure- no matter how much gold or silver is in it. Platinum hardly ever reacts with skin so you shouldn’t have to worry if you own platinum jewelry. If you have gold jewelry and want to stop it from reacting to your skin make sure that you don’t have gold plated or gold rinsed jewelry – its a cheaper metal with a thin gold layer and that coating wears off very quickly. For 100% gold jewelry thats not rinsed or plated choosing a higher karat will help keep green spots from showing up on your skin. Jewelry made from copper will react with skin and you’ll have to just accept that if you wear copper.

Avoid sweating in your jewelry it can increase the green skin effect you might also ask your jeweler if they can add a layer of protective coating – to minimize the amount of green reaction your skin has. If you can find something to keep the reaction to a minimum you can wear inexpensive jewelry whenever you want. Just remember<, the green effect won’t hurt you. It’s just a skin reaction and not allergies. Allergies (such as those to nickel) will make you red and also will make your skin inflamed and itchy. It’s not anything like a green skin reaction. If you do show signs of allery stop wearing the jewelry. If it’s only turning your skin green you can certainly continue wearing it as long as you like you’ll just have to keep the area clean so it doesn’t look bad.

All in all coating your jewelry is generally your best choice.

Don’t overlook the drinks. You can get ice cubes that look like fingers. Research online for fantastic sales either very early or very late in the season. And relax. Taking Care of the Vehicle Saves Money

No matter what your piece of equipment pick, keeping automobile power plant fit is imperative. Regardless of whether you have a new or you prefer rebuilt engines, appropriate care is crucial. Lots of facts isn’t necessarily a helpful thing, however. There is a large amount of misinformation. Look for a website that is sponsored by producers, mechanic schools, and devotees. Peruse various entries in their dissimilar blogs and discussion groups.

If they don’t look too inclined and present realistic, low-cost direction or money-saving information, usually the website is a trustworthy one to use as a guide. If the web page trashes a specific engine or manufacturer, more than likely their tips isn’t altogether responsible.

Some groups can be a looking for data such as email, name, and address on clientele. Or they could try to promote a individual item or service. Don’t give out your personal facts until you are sure the forums or website is valid. Once you’ve found groups you are comfortable with, inquire of them for recommendations for mechanics and other service suppliers. But, here continue to again, explore a little bit deeper. ask them why they like this specific provider. What jobs have they had done by this certain supplier? Was the fee within reason? Would the resource offersubstitute charge programs for expensive labor?

By discovering how often they have used the resource, you will be able to discover how worthwhile their references actually are.

Proffer some sort of compensation. Payment, a service you can provide in barter for a nice supper are all possibilities.
